We collect and process participants’ personal data exclusively for the following purposes:
– registration and organization of trips, excursions, guided tours, and other Maone programs,
– providing information about the program and organizational details,
– issuing invoices and fulfilling contractual and legal obligations,
– informing participants about new programs and offers (with the individual’s consent).
When you register, we collect the following information:
– first and last name,
– address,
– contact information (phone, email),
– date of birth (if required for registration or insurance),
– any information necessary for the trip (e.g., ID number, special dietary requirements, etc.),
– payment information.
Personal data is processed:
– based on the performance of a contract or registration for an event (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
– based on a legal obligation (e.g., for accounting records),
– based on the individual’s consent to receive notifications about upcoming programs (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
