\nA written complaint may be filed no later than two months after the end of the trip.
\nThe organizer will handle the complaint in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>\n15. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n
\nThe data is used exclusively for the provision of tourism services, compliance with legal obligations, and communication with customers.<\/p>\n16. INSOLVENCY OF THE ORGANIZER<\/h2>\n
\nInformation regarding insurance or insolvency protection is available upon the traveler\u2019s request or is published on the organizer\u2019s website.<\/p>\n17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/h2>\n
